Sitting on 3.5 acres of land, the cottage features three-bedrooms and one-bath, a large South facing front porch facing the water and tiered decks.. In the kitchen/living area, there is an Elmira electric stove and a large counter overlooking the family room with a stone fireplace. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining room suitable for hosting gatherings. Down the hall you will find a utility/storage room, laundry room, three-piece bath, and three bedrooms. The cottage is a five minute boat ride from an owned parcel of land with a double dock and parking, situated just past Wade's Landing. When you pull up to the cottage there is a large dock providing ample space for recreational equipment. The cottage comes fully equipped with the exclusion of personal items, artwork, some deco and other items as detailed in the exclusions.
